Naw,they are not gonna pay.I have filed a small claims suit.But i did manage to mess em up pretty good.Called the EPA,DHEC,BBB,Consumer Affairs,Secratary OF State,and the mayor...I see bad things in their future...

Ouch. That sucks they aren't paying. I'd be calling everyone I could also. Maybe also try a local tv station. Many times local newscasts have a "call for action" segment that take on cases like yours. Many times with positive results.
