A Newbie to the forum.
Hey, name is Terrell many ppl call me Rell. I've been watching this forum for like a year now and finally joined not to long ago. I have to say I really like the forum. Just because of the fact its a forum base on a group of ppl who really like theyre Montes. Some of you I see I would probably pick a Monte over a Benz or Lexus anyday.
But about me I got my 2004 Monte Carlo LS about 2 years ago. It was like the car picked me, ( Yeah I know I sounds crazy lol!!) So I went to the dealer and told the dealer about the different cars I like. ( Mustang's,Impala's and Monte Carlo's) The salesman printed up papers of the vehicles and told me the location of my vehicles of interest. He told me to go outside, check out the cars, he would be one second he just needed to get the keys for the vehicles lock boxes. So I walked out into the lot I noticed all the vehicles had these black boxes on the driver side wedged in the windows. I checked out the Impala for a sec and continued to the Mustang which was a bit pricey. Finally got to the Monte Carlo and noticed that the vehicle lockbox was open with the key just hanging out! I was amazed all the other vehicle lock boxes was locked but the Monte's. I knew I was taking her home!
My current mods are a pair of painted black rally stripes.
Factory Pace spoiler added. Blue chevy bowtie replaced with black. Chrome monte carlo decal replaced with black. Lol carmax license bracket will be replaced!!
My sound system Alpine type R's in the doors and a pair of Alpine 6X9 in the back.
Headunit is the Alpine 9884 ( to be replaced.) and my Amp is a Kicker zx750.1 powering a pair of Kenwoods w3011( to be replaced. ) I will keep updating on my future mods.
