Welcome to the Forum! I'd advise you to start customizing or modifying in small steps, preferably REMOVABLE steps. I learned this the hard way and ended up scraping off a lot of stuff that didn't look so cool three days after I did it. Vinyl striping and decals come off pretty easily if you don't like the end result. Reflective Concepts is a good site for finding stuff. You've GOT to post pictures as soon as you can.
