Hi Ivy from a Michigander with an 04 Intimidator SS. My wife has a 99 Z71 regular cab Sportside. She also has a 07 Solstice GXP, and an 82 Olds Regency. Sounds like your a lot like us. My Intimidator has had bunches done to it, but it got heavy with the last mod. A new (3rd) stereo, all JL Audio with an amp rack and a custom box with (2)12W6s. Pushing about 310-315hp. Easy to push HP with these motors, especially if you change cams and add an intercooler. A couple round here are pushing well over 400hp, and well over 330hp at the wheels! Make sure you go to a 180 t_stat and colder plugs when you change pulleys, and get the tune to make it all work. Getting rid of the front manifold and cat/downpipe are 2 big mods easy to do, also, worth HP.
