New and saying hello
Hi Everyone,
Picked up an 04 MC SS yesterday and joined here as well.
Love the car and this forum....very informative.
My SS has 61800 on the clock and is Superior Blue Metallic.
I am the 2nd owner and the car is in great condition. Does not look almost 6 years old.
I will post pics as soon as I have some.

You'll love your Monte, I pretty much guarantee it! Unless your just messed up in the head or something, then maybe you won't like it.

You should really enjoy the ride in your "new-to-you" Monte Carlo SS. The 3.8 lire Series II engine is a pretty reliable engine. And forunately, it's a popular engine used in many GM cars. Which means there is a fair bit of aftermarket parts for those interested in doing some modifications to their engine.
A friend of mine owns a Jetta (among other vehicles), and likes it as a daily driver to and from work.
