Saturday I drove it to the store (less than a mile), then 2 hours later my dad came over to take it for a little drive just to check it out.
He came back and handed me the keys and said something was wrong with it, it was missing and it kept dying. I thought he was messing with me lol. Not sure what happened but I went out and started it and lifted the hood and it was hissing. Some kind of vacuum leak i guess.
Sooo yesterday I dropped her off at dads mechanic to get her in a "safe driveable condition" Hope its not to pricey. Gotta love my dad.
I will let ya all know what the mechanic finds as soon as he lets me know.

Just picked her up from the shop. New Radiator, new EGR and a new some kind of vacuum hose and misc stuff, appears to run and drive perfect~ out the door for $875.
Not a bad start to my Monte adventure! Now where to go~ the beach or the mountains~tough choices. Thanks everybody!
