Default Purchased a MC 9-16! -New, and need help, Looking for VIN # breakdown for 2003-2005

Looking to buy probably a 2004 Monte Carlo SS.
Back in High School I had a 74 Monte.

I would like to get the VIN # Breakdown so I can verify what I am looking at in my search.

I have one for both Trans Ams I own, I found them easily on the internet, but I having a little trouble finding them for the Monte Carlo.

Would also like an listing of the RPO code if possible.

Thanks,
-Jeff

Still have not found the VIN Breakdowns, but I have not been looking much either. Too busy just looking at cars all over the country since the ones close to me do not meet my requirements.

Tomorrow is the day I find out if I am purchasing a particular MC or not, I have been waiting for almost two weeks, it is driving me crazy.
If it is mine than on Sunday I fly the 1400 miles to pick it up (I already have the plane ticket) and drive it home with plans to be back home on Tuesday, including a one day visit to some family.

Not it's not ebay.

That is it for details today, don't want to Jinx it, I will update tomorrow around this time, keep your fingers crossed for me.

Good luck and welcome. It's very easy to look up and find on the internet VIN info for the older cars but not so much for the newer cars.

Bought one today, I can't wait to see it, I fly out on Sunday.

Here is the deal, I found one in Arizona, 1440 miles from me, but only 20 miles from my Dad.

I gave him the money and said buy it if it is nice about two weeks ago.

The owner just got back in town today.

Dad called and said it is super nice, so Sunday I get to meet her.

This is what I know
2002
Black
MC SS
Hi-Sport Package
49,xxx Miles
All the goodies
Newer - Water Pump, tires, Battery.

I will post pictures when I get back next week.

is there a rule on how many smiles?
