As for waxing. Maybe it's just me being paranoid. But I'll only hand wax over the stripes. But that's because I know how expensive they are, and how hard they are to get.
But I find Meguire's NXT generation tech wax super easy to work with. And it doesn't give you the white left over residue like most standard waxes.
