Welcome to the site - if I were you, after you get the leak fixed, put regular coolant in.

Welcome to the MCF family.
I personally don't believe it's the dex-cool causing the leak. Not in a car that new. Late 90's, yes, but they changed gasket materials, and that problem went away. We havea '99 Silverado with 208,000, and it's always had dex-cool, and I just did a change this summer and put it back in.
I'm about to change it out again in my Intimidator, and I got the Prestone that can be used in any car this time, but it's still long life. To me that's the issue.
Anyways, my guess is the lower intake manifold is leaking, as it's a common problem.

Welcome to the forum! These cars aren't very hard to work with but get a Chilton's Manual anyway so you can have the correct technical support for your car.

Welcome! Good luck getting your Monte all fixed up.

I would agree with Wayne (RockNSS04) that you probably have a LIM gasket leaking. Pressure test our cooling system.
