so i had a tony Stewart edition Monte not too long ago.
driving home one day an 18 year old kid in a rush failed to yield at a light and took my baby from me.
im getting my check from the crash tomorrow and i have two options.
am 06 gxp with the 5.3 -- 150,000 -- $6500
or an 05 Monte SS -- 132,000 -- $4600
both are in great condition and Ive seen both.
the 05 im in love with but the gxp is FAST...
whats your opinions?

 

Fast is fun, but tickets are not. You know Monte's, what great cars they are and plenty fast. The Monte has 18,000 fewer miles for $1,900 less and if you swing the deal right you could probably get it for a few hundred less. Go with the Monte. Just sayin'.

Id vote GXP but thats too much for the mileage my buddy got a ls4 monte for 8500 with only 70k miles on it, 150000 miles for 6500, pass.

That Monte looks great too awesome color

 

my budget is 5k
.
this will leave me plenty of money to insure and register the car plus upgrade it a little. if i can get the gxp guy to come down ill probably go that way. but i like the guy with the monte. he is straight forward and honest. the gxp dude is just selllin his car lol
