I don't see a beat-up car.

I see a beautiful project.

I still think it's so funny to look into old engine bays and see how much room there is too work... I can't even do anything without cracking a knuckle. And remove valve covers?! You gotta take like half the engine apart. I wish it was still that simple :P

Yea my engine bay is rather empty right now maybe its a sign to put a big block in

Welcome Tom from CO to the MCF family! NICE project car! I'd hope you don't make it a TOTAL drag car, but a HOT street machine, but hey, it's YOUR project! Keep us informed with some pic's, please.

No it wont be a drag only it needs to be daily drivable. Im thinking 383 stroker kit and new top end. Hopin around 400hp.

IMO you could really use a set of mags, lol. that was a sweeet find, i think i would leave the headlights for now & get her in paint, & find out & repair any other small issues.... but that is a great find, looks way solid & super straight!
