Hey all, new member here...just bought a 95 z34 for my step daughter that is in college after her car was totalled. I'm going to be leaning on you all for help because I managed to pick up a relative oddball 95 it seems...it still has the ODB1 computer in it and it doesn't have the test lead so I can't pull codes. I'm an old school rear wheel drive v8 guy so this is a bit of a challenge for me. I do have loads of mechanical experience...I put a 468 big block in an 81 monte when I was about 20 and have built plenty of custom cars but this one is kind of kicking my butt. I've got to get it safe and reliable for her as shes 4 hours away at college with no help close by if something breaks down. Please be patient and help me with your experience and I'll be glad to share any hot rodding knowledge on the rear wheel drive G-bodies I have...I miss that tire shredding 6mpg monster from my youth every single day...that was my second favorite car I've owned, only topped by my 70 ss396 chevelle....Thanks to everyone that is a part of this community!

Hello and Welcome to the MCF!

Sounds like you have been in the game for a minute or two... A dad has to do what a dad has to do, awesome of you. Hope the problems are not insurmountable and can be put to bed easy enough for you.
