Ah I forgot to mention.
I'm from California, L.A. area.
When I purchased the car, it didn't have the supercharger belt (not sure if the previous owner removed it or if somethine else happened), no AC, sunroof doesn't open/close, power seats just little things here and there

Go to the section that says Monte Carlo repair help. You can post threads asking for help or you may even see a thread already posted where someone else had the same issue and was able to resolve it. There's a lot of information already on here and its definitely worth a look. You came to the right place.

Wow, sounds like a sketchy start with your Monte, no S/C belt and all. Hope you stole it, no not really, but the good deal stole it, it is going to be needing some TLC and $$$$
