Talking New Member

Hey guys I'm Hamilton and I'm 18 years old from Grand Forks, ND. I own a 1999 Monte Carlo LS and I just painted it lime green! I like to work on computers and cars, drive around, hang out with friends, and play Xbox. Here's a picture of when the paint jobs finished and one is when I still had to take off some masking tape and put on the front end. Thanks guys!

@SpaceRider
170,000 and I was kind of thinking of a L67 swap.. that would be really cool. And my good buddy who owns a body shop painted the car for cheap and I helped out. The only body work we did was on the hood. It took about three weeks but well worth it.

Cool >Thanks 4 your reply<

Hi `Hamilton,
Thanks 4 your reply. It's great that you have a friend in the auto-body business 4>Sure. It's great that the body on your Monte is in good shape. How is your engine running with 170K on it ? Did you know the prior owner(s) or how it was maintained ?

A swap is always good & it pays to keep your eyes open for a decent deal on one. It's easier looking 4 one when you don't need it right away 4>Sure...

Keep us updated on your Monte & let us know what your future plans are 4 it...

How do you rate the condition of your Monte ? A B C D (Failed)
Does everything work on your Monte ? (Hope so)
Be safe out there on your highways & have fun 4>Sure..
Peace/Out BeachBum`Mike

p.s. do you go in2 Canada much ? How do you like living in North Dakota ?

My monte runs and drives wonderful, and it's kind of surprising having that many miles. I'd rate it a B to A. It is in great condition, and the interior is clean. I love my car now especially because the paint job. But before that, I still loved it. Monte Carlos for life.

...Thanks 4 your reply.
I've been to different countries, but I've never been to any other US States I think we only have a few member's from N. Dakota & I hope when you find anybody driving a Monte that you let them know about the MCF.

I visited your State online & it sure is a beautiful State & a lot of open space. Look beautiful there...

WoW, nice race track >
