I have a few bugs, not too serious I hope.
Headlights will only work on high beams and it is weird. When the switch is pushed all the way in, the highs are on. When the switch is in the middle, no lights. When the switch is pulled all the way out, high beams again.
Traction service light is on.
One rear back up light is out.
License plate light out.
And I need to get the check engine light looked at.
The car has sit since December due to my grandpa illness. He bought it in 2004 with 16k miles. Other than that, it is in great condition.

You should get your codes read. (Most parts store will do it for free)
You may have a bad reply or sensor. It's difficult to find or diagnose your problems by just words on a screen. Explore the MCF & do a few searches on the problems you are having. Good Luck!
ps. How many miles on your Monte Now ? How has it been serviced in the past ?
