i'm new to the site but i've had my 99 LS 3.1 since 03. i absolutely love this car and refuse to get rid of it until it blows up. i've never had to do major repairs at all...just normal routine maintenance. changed battery, water pump, alternater, t-stat, plugs/wires, and vaccuum line for HVAC. i feel lucky to have a car with so few problems. guess i got blessed when i bought the car.

it had 50,000 miles when i bought it in 03....now it has 185,000 and still runs strong. i've got a couple problems right now that i'm investigating so hopefully it won't be too bad.

love the site and all the posts....feels good to have lots of people reply and are so smart when it comes to cars cause i'm a mechanical idiot.
