Default New Here w/1976 Monte in Colorado

I just took on a project, but I'm not sure if I'm in over my head. The car was pulled out of a farm field where it has been sitting since 2009. The body is straight fir the most part. The wiring is another story. There are a lot of cut wires. Let the fun begin.

I still cannot get the engine to fire. I replaced plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. The plugs are getting fuel, so it's definitely a spark issue.

I then pulled the carpet and seats due to mold. In doing so, I noticed that all the wires under the dash have been cut. The column shifter has been replaced by a B&M Z-gate shifter. However, I can't find the a neutral safety switch....this is probably the culprit. What is the best wiring guide to trouble shoot this car?
