I just noticed... Do you know that the engine cover is on wrong? The hoses on the back/right side are supposed to be on top of the cover.

Thanks for the heads up because I didn't notice. I just came back in after removing the cover and put the hoses on top of the cover. Here is a pic..

Looks much better! Low 13's shouldn't be too difficult for this car. Doug Thorley makes a decent set of headers for the LS4, from what I've heard. There are a few CAI's available for a reasonable cost. And cat-back exhaust systems are also available. I spent quite a bit of money purchasing the cartuning.ca turbo kit for mine and I'm glad that I did. There are numerous routes that you could go. It just depends on the road that you want to take.
