new guy here

just wanted to stop in and hello to all the mc guys right i drive a gtp with mods and hope to pick a newer monte carlo this summer also can anybody tell me what year monte's came with 3800 super charged motor that would help me narrow my search for my future monte

Welcome to the site! The 3800 supercharged engine was offered in 04 & 05. In 05, to make it simple, all SS's were supercharged.

Space has a good question. Are you ONLY looking for a SC Monte? Why not get a N/A 3800 and add the SC? You will have lower insurance and will be able to add the SC later. NP. Even the price of the car will be less. Just a thought.

hey what up chi-town homie? wrong awesomess, not all ss are supercharged. the 04 intimidator, and JR. are standard supercharged and 05 tony steward also standard. the rest of the 04-05 SS are optional. both mine and yours are the optional plain jane ss that just happen to be supercharged.
