Welcome to the forum!!!

I have 175K on my Monte and you can't tell. So I wouldn't worry about the 202K

Plus if you ever needed, 3800s are really cheap :P

Turns out the CEL came on, on my way home and threw 5 codes:
p0171: System too lean
p0306: Cylinder 6 misfire
p0333: Crankshaft position sensor
p0401: EGR flow insuficient
p0742: Torque converter stuck on
Someone help me out here could all this be related to the p0333? From what I was told that was the only issue with the motor. But if cylinder 6 is missing im going to be pissed

Since you got a used car with high miles do a full tune-up anyway.

Fluids, Plugs, Wires, lubricate chassis, etc.

Well the previous owner just had all the fluids flushed recently and its got brand new wires and plugs. Just did a little researching and turns out a faulty crank position sensor would be the cause for all those codes its throwing
