Hey guys, I'm just a humble dude from NE Florida who will be the proud new owner of a '06 Monte Carlo LT. I know, it's nothing compared to the SS models or to write home about. But I'm buying it from my dad, and it has low mileage. Plus, despite it being the base model Monte, I've had fun driving it.

Not yet - he's meeting me at my credit union Friday afternoon to sign the paperwork. He's in Georgia, else I'd ask if I could take it early. I will try and get some pics this weekend.

Ok, sorry the delay in getting a pic posted of my new baby. It's been raining here, so I'll have to get some more after I've taken it through a car wash.

 

Welcome. Enjoy the new car. Do you have any plans for it or will you just be driving it? lol

 

I'll likely tint the windows, maybe get some better rims for it, and see about upgrading the lights to the LED systems. Other than that, I'll probably leave it as is. From my understanding, I don't think they sell any mods for the '6 in it. For now, I'm going to enjoy driving it.
