First thing I thought of too.

I have the 2000 SS and I wish it came supercharged :P

Maybe your original owner didn't really know what they had and now you got a steal of a deal.

welcome to the site, Moe!

about the year - all you have to do is look at the VIN#. the 10th character tells you the year of the car. if the 10th character is a "Y", your car is a 2000. if it is a number, that is the year (i.e. a "5" would indicate the car is a 2005, a 6 would mean it is a 2006, etc.). hope that helps.

any way you look at it your car is really sweet, can't wait to see more pics!!!

OK this is LEGIT. Its a 2000 Chevrolet Monte Carlo.

vin: 2GWW12EXY9144737

According to my Title, it reads 2000 Chevrolet Two Door. The model is not filled in, dont know why. But its officially a 2000 for sure, and its a SUPERCHARGED.

(anyone know why the model might be empty)

Could be a rebuilt title? IDK. Did you run a Carfax check on it before you bought it?

Someone must have did an engine swap and put the Supercharger emblems on the car. You have one special 2000!

Someone obviously did some upgrades on your car.
A 2000 with some 2005 parts swapped into it. Lucky you!

Probably someone did. But if the guy that I bought the car from he would have told me that he did a engine swap. So I dont know.

Or probably I have a special 2000 just like you said.
