New to the group !!
Hello all...I purchased my first Monte a cpl months ago. It's nothin too special as far as mods go, I know there is so much I wanna do to it. Right now it just has an air intake on it, I love the sound when ya hammer it tho It's a 95 Z34 in very good condition considerin I am kinda in salt territory. Kinda on a tight budget right now, but if anyone has ideas of how to tweak things to gain a lil bit I'd greatly appreciate it. Hope to get to know alot of you over time. Thanks much

im not all too familiar with the 5th gen monte's, but im sure people will be chiming in soon. i'd try a search for z34 and see what pops up, its amazing how much stuff is on here.
how many miles on your z34? you gotta get some pictures up soon!

Welcome Bonz70 to the MCF family. There are quite a few 5th gens here, and someone will chip in soon. Until then, use our search engine and you will find much valuable information from past postings. There's not a lot you can do easily with those engines, but that's not to say you can't improve them. Just not cheaply.

Thanks
Hey, thanks for the welcome in here. My z34 has about 130k on it, but its pretty cool cuz when I was goin the glove box I found a receipt in there for some engine work. The top end has been taken off and all new gaskets were put on bout 13k ago along with timing belt, pulleys and some other misc things. I am one of the unfortunate ones out of a job right now so my budget is quite small, maybe 200 or so to get things started. I did put a cpl pics up but not sure if they're in the right spot. Thanks for the assistance.....Have an awesome weekend all !!

Welcome to the forum man. I have a 5th Gen also, but its a 97 with an OBDII system. Since your a 95, you have an OBDI system. Your going to be very limited with your mods as far a the OBDI is concerned, but since you do have the bigger engine, your faster then me already.
