Default New to the Forum

I have a 06 Monte Carlo LT with the 3.5L V6 (Carlos), this is my first car so I baby the thing, and I really want to put money into it. although, like i'm sure a lot people on the forum know, there are not many parts for the new Monte Carlos. So if you have the 3.5L let me know what you have done to it, or any ideas on what could be done. I put in a K&N replacement filter last week, and so far thats all thats been done. I plan on getting replacement speakers, along with subs in the back. I'm also thinking about adding LED StreetGlow. Hopefully some rims and tires in the near future as well. Please let me know anything that I can do to my Monte Carlo, especially performance mods.

Thanks-Robby

Hi `Robby, & Welcome to the Monte Carlo Family.
You are correct, there are not to many upgrades
for the 3.5L , but it has proven to be a great power-plant.
How many miles are on your Monte ?
Explore the MCF and you will find many Super Monte's,
and see many member's that have the same engine.

One of them is Moderator Michael from California.
Check out the below link and see his ride and
what he has done to it.
I think he's over 120K miles + now
EnJoy the MCF & we will be looking forward to your
Future Contributions.

Thanks for the welcome, I bought the Monte Carlo with around 40,000 miles on it and have put on around 20,000. (monte carlo 3831)- The link you sent me only has a CAI for the 3.9L will it also fit the 3.5, and do you know anyone that has done this?

Thanks-Robby
