Like the others have said, getting the info from Chevrolet Customer Assistance can be very challenging. Some people have had good luck, and others couldn't get anywhere.
The toll free number for Chevy Customer Assistance is 1-800-222-1020. You'll need to have your VIN# handy. And maybe your ownership wouldn't hurt either.
