Default New 2004 Monte Carlo SS Owner

Hi, I am new to the forum as today I bought a 2004 Monte Carlo SS with 33K. This is my second Monte in my life as I used to own a Monte Carlo Z34. I have already learned some things today from the forum.

Thanks,

Brian

Thanks!

I would like to get more power from the 3800.

My wife is the assistant manager of a Auto Parts store so I can get most things at 15% above cost

Hey, Man! I hope you get the Monte squared-away ... but, I want to compliment you on the Jeep! That's something else! Fine work. I'm an Old Army Air Corp Buff.

I go to all the Warbird shows. I saw a Jeep like that at Hanscom Field one time. Everybody was gushing over it!

There's a guy on eBay who makes Leather Name Tags in the WW2 Officer Style. A Bomber Jacket with your name onn the Leather Tag would be a great thing to wear to the Car Show!

B-E-A-Utiful Monte and an even nicer Jeep! As far as performance for yourMonte, a lot of us have put different air intake set ups on, I have just a conicle filter I bought off from eBay for $40, it does the job, all the way tosome have the K&Ncold air intake system...some say that if you delete the resonatorfrom the exhaust and replace it with a straight pipe, it sounds nicer but doesn't really do anything for performance...they have tuners/programmers, if you want to go into the motor, beefier cam, lifters, rockers, some have done an L67top swap, which is adding a supercharger...You have a few options, just hang around a little while and you'll find what you're looking for. ) And welcome to the forum!
