Welcome to the site. Tell us some more about your Montes. My Fiance just sold a sweet 72 Triple Black Monte Carlo and bought a L78 69 Chevelle SS.

My 72 is a original 402 big block car with the original 400 trans and 12 bolt rear still in it and it has the factory buckets and center console. The body is all original body panels and rock solid with no rust holes anywhere, it doesn't look so great in primer right now but I plan on restoring it soon. My 70 is a 350 car with the halo vinyl top trim. It also has buckets and center console. I plan on putting a paint job on it very soon because I might have to sell it.

I wanted to thank everyone for welcoming me to the site, one of these days soon I plan on posting some pictures of the old montes. I forgot to add that I used to own a 87 SS monte with T-tops, sure miss that one.

 

Sadly, sometimes you're forced to make decisions that you'll later regret. That's life, what can you do about it.
