Default My first monte Carlo

Okay my name Is Chris and I'm from Middletown, Ohio. Well I just bought a 1996 z34 Monte Carlo yesterday it's my first Monte and first 3.4 motor, it's not in bad shape but does have alot of miles however I was told it was regularly taken care of, I paid $850 for it and bought it from the guy that produces the Bob and Tom show (thought that was cool) don't have pics yet I will later today after I figure a few things out with the car so if you can look for my other post and maybe help me out got a few problems with it nothing to major I think.

Hi `Chris from the Buckeye State of Ohio,
and Welcome to the Monte Carlo Forum.
You are very lucky to find a running car, but extra lucky to
find a AweSome 1996 Monte Carlo Z34 for only $850. dollars.
Wish you good luck on getting your problems resolved on `it.
We will be looking forward to seeing pictures, and
your future posts.
Wish you safe/happy/miles with your Monte Carlo.

Welcome Chris!

Sounds like you got a good deal on that car.

As long as the Bob & Tom show didn't use the car for some weird promotion/stunt. Like, "how many cans of shaving cream will it take to fill a Monte Carlo?" kind of thing.

That color actually looks really nice in sunlight.

What kind of problems does it have?

Well there is a small oil leak on the driver side to the right of the intake got to take a better look and see what exactly it is coming from and then the slower I go the harder it is to turn the car gets really hard when you need to make a hard right and there is a mail box there you thought you would miss ... As for the color it would be alright if there wasn't so many scratch's on it cant really see all that good with them pics she needs a paint job.
