My first car was a 1997 Monte Carlo, and my second and current car is an 03 Monte Carlo SS. I've been having a lot of issues lately but my poor babies been put through a lot to say the least. She's been hit 7 times in total, all while parked and at various different places. Currently she's making a noise, almost like the sound of a jet engine turning off, when I'm not accelerating. Like when I'm coasting or slowing down. Any ideas?

Not sure about the noise. Could be the intake, as many have a high pitched hiss. Welcome to the forum though. I hope you find your answer. Any monte that is not feeling at it's best is a sad monte.
