I bought a white with blue races stripes NASCAR 2006 Chevrolet Monte Carlo Pace Car last June. The letter of authenticity was applied for and I am trying to get it now. I am also trying to find the value of this rare car. I have read only 1000 were made. It has approximately 78,000 mile currently and in nearly perfect condition. Can anybody assist me.

White with blue was not a factory color combo option so I'm curious to hear more about this car and maybe see some pictures if you have them. Does yours have any other graphics on it, besides the stripes, or any special parts like in the couple examples I found below searching Google?

 

I have a 2006 Pace Car, Black with Silver Stripes. Have roughly 81,000 miles on her. Production #59.

 

My 2006 Pace Car is like this Black one with the silver stripes. I am trying to get more information and a Letter of Authenticity. She has approximately 79,100 miles.

Interesting. So these are actual editions from GM? Factory or dealer added? Your guys' cars look about the same - same wheels, grilles, 'Monte Carlo SS' decal on bumper hood scoop with Nascar logo, Nascar emblem above 'SS' door emblems, upper windshield decal - the only differences I can see are a subtle difference in striping and the decal along the bottom side of Daryl's. I'm not familiar with these, just the usual ones with the silver stripes or the silver stripes and ground effects.

There is a difference where the hood stripes come down to the grill between these two also. Both Nice Monte's I would love to have!

 

I was reading that it might be a NASCAR Driver's Edition

. Mine gets 14.5 MPG in town and when I can run her at higher speeds on the highway 26 mph. I have the same seal on the outside of each door

if you see and on the dash. She has special edition NASCAR rims.


This is the company who produced the special edition. The paper the original owner was suppose to send in for the letter of authenticity was never

sent in.

 

I have found a few more photos on line about this edition of MONTE CARLO . This were just generic





photos I found online. The cars have a MAGNAFLOW exhaust and are putting out approximately 325 hp.

 

I have a complete 2006 and 2007 Monte Carlo brochure, and there is no reference of this Nascar Monte in there. A lot of Nascar stuff in each but not this issue.
