Default License plate light
For some reason my license plate light wont work every other light works fine 02 LS

I'm not trying to be facetious but, have you tried to change the bulb? The bulb is a 194.

Super easy to change the bulb if you need to, I found how to do it online.
If not, maybe a fuse or lose wire?
