Okay, first of all shut up. You're a moron for assuming anything. I had talked with Wayne (rocknss04) a few days after
Christmas, and he knew the situation. As well as he had no intentions of wanting to dump too much money into the monte this year, seeing as how he and his wife have a badass solstice that he's buying a bigger turbo for, as well as already doing a TON of mods.

Second, I posted on clubgp because most of us here are also on clubgp. Things sell faster, so rather than me wasting months here trying to sell to teenagers that don't have money I sold to adults that do.

Lastly, biggriggs, who is a member here, has already bought my blower, as well as most of my electronics, and exhaust components he is a good guy that ALSO has a monte carlo....

So before you go talking ****, why don't you do some research.

 

Besides, clubgp is VERY active, and has been around quite a while. How long has Pontiac used the L67 in their GTPs and GTXs? And for that matter Buick has been using THEIR engine in the Park Avenues and Riv's for YEARS before Chevy decided to try it in a couple of cars. There are HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of Grand Prixs out there, and mods have been going on them for YEARS. Zoomer, the owner of ZZPerformance is an active member there, and when Keegan broke his timing chain and trashed the top end, clubgp is where the discussion was at when the diagnosis going on. THERE is where the knowledge is at for the L67, and the othe L67 owners will attest to that.

He has been active there because of the need for MORE L67 owners, and you can count on one hand how many L67 owners are active here. Riggs, the one and only person from this forum to buy parts from him was relatively close to Keegan and knew about the parts for sale. We DID talk, actually New Years Eve, an hour before 2009, and he is right about me not wanting to put any money into the Intimidator this year. Not only am I doing a turbo upgrade on the Solstice GXP, but am in the process now of adding custom leather work to the interior, and THAT is going to set me back $,$$$'s right there. And then the suspension beefing. And all before she comes out of hibernationthis spring.

This is my MAIN forum, but I am active in 2 Solstice forums, and a member of about a dozen forums total. I like the Montes, but most of the other active Monte forums are rude and crude, and I have no tolerance for that. Or they are inactive. THIS forum has TO MANY technical problems, and my tolerance for the administraton to do anything about that has worn my patience thin. The administration here doesn't care about Monte Carlos at all, it's just another forum of dozens to him. TAZ is GREAT, but he has no power, nor do the other moderators that are here infrequently. We only had 19 vote on MOTY!

This forum is like a small family, and I like that. BUT, this is the internet, and there is SO much more out there than this forum that is falling apart for so many reasons. The big crash drove many off, and not totally fixing the problems since is a sign of why so many don't come back. Cort, how many other Monte forums are you on? This one is family friendly, but honestly, I agree with Keegan, there are WAY to many other places out there to do business on with than this forum that has problems. If you have Monte only parts for sale, that's one thing, but L67 parts, you go to the BIG forum, and that's what he did.

I think you BOTH need to chill out! This forum has enough problems without attitudes becoming a problem, also. This is why I spend most of my efforts on Solstice forums. No attitudes. And this is THE best Monte forum on the web!

 

If all read my last sentance I did chill and did not put any name calling in. I was asking andstatingfacts not trying to call anyone names but if the shoe fits I gues someone has to wear it.. I have not reply to anything except what i have said, which I thought the shoe fit.
