Was wondering if anyone knew about how much HP I would gain by switching from a stock 3.8'' sc pulley to a 3'' pulley ? I have an 04' supercharged ss and want to get to around 300HP. What should I do to achieve that ?

LOL that 3" pulley would destroy your engine.

If you do the roughly $1000 in supporting mods and a 3.4 pulley, you will be at 300crank easily.

What Chibi said. When you start modding an L67 you need the capability to monitor KR. After every mod you check and check again for KR. 3" pulley would cause so much KR it's not even funny. I wouldn't even drop below 3.6 without a good amount of supporting mods. With the Series III L32 I wouldn't even drop a pulley size without any of the mods that you do when you go to a 3.4 with an L67.
