Hi from Spain
Hello everyone ... I have just joined the forum and am located in Spain. I am in the process of restoring a 1984 monte carlo which belongs to a friend of mine. My cars are AC Cobra replica (with a SBC !!) a 65 shelby GT350, a 67 VW Beetle and an 87 Ford Escort XR3i cabriolet.
We are trying at the moment to get the car registered over here in Spain ... but there is one small problem ... the parking brake has been *removed* by the previous owner and we are struggling to get the parts to fix it. We have 2 new rear cables (bought from Summit) now I have found out the front cable is no good so we need one of those also the intermediate cable, hooks and connectors are all missing. It is like banging my head against the wall tring to find the hooks and inter cable ... any suggestions anyone ??
I'm sure that I will have more problems in the future that need expert advice which I'm sure that can be found here !!
