Welcome to the forum. Just off the top of my head, if the engine is running really rough, are the spark plug wires plugged in correctly? As for the gas, if you've had a lot of low grade gas (less than 87 octane), you may want to try running a couple tanks of premium. But putting premium in your 3.4 just for the sake of putting it in, is a waste of money. Was your fuel filter replaced?
