Wow! That's a lot of responses. Most forums I join, you only get one or two welcomes.
My Monte is an LS with a 3.1L V6 engine. He's got just over 88 thousand miles on him. My parents bought him new when I was 7, and became mine at 16. He's got quite a few scrapes from three different collisions, two were my fault. I replaced the front end myself, off of a 97 from a pick-a-part, so the front end is black and the rest is red. I'll take a photo and post it tomorrow after I finish replacing the harmonic balancer.
As far as my enlistment goes, I'm still a bit off from going off to basic. I still need to take my MEPS, which I'm scheduling after the election since I'm currently working for a local campaign. I got a 95 on my ASVAB so I'm confident I'll make the cut. I'm planning on doing the six year enlistment, and considering making a career of it.
Welcome to the Monte Carlo Family..
What model Monte do you have ? How many miles on it ?
What engine ? Do you have pictures to post ?
When do you enter the Air Force ? How long is your enlistment ? Do you know where you are going for training ?
What did you sign up for ?
Look forward to your reply & we wish you good luck on getting your Monte the way you want it to `be.
Explore the MCF and you can learn a lot...Good Luck
