I wanted to say hi to everyone! I have a 2003 Monte SS that I have been wanting to do some mild mods on, I think I came to the right place.

I'm off now to dig through the old posts to see if I can solve that blasted P0420 code problem.

I did install a Magnaflow cat - 15,000 miles ago, just now getting the light. (of course the dealership replaced the o2 sensor twice trying to figure it out. Just can't find a good mechanic these days)

Think I'm just going to buy a new PCM with the code blocked, get a little extra zip as a bonus.

It's a shame you wasted all that money on O2 sensors.
