Hey guys
Hi my name is Darrian. Im 22 and work as a Auto Tech for a Lexus Dealership. I own a 03 Monte Carlo LS along with a 62 Mercury Comet. My monte has been my DD since HS and currently has 125k on it while I was going through tech school I took the opportunity to fix/ upgrade some things on my car I did a full transtar transmission rebuild with a transtar shift kit and installed kyb struts and tops in all corners as well as replaced sway bar bushing and links. I've also replaced the radiator, serp belt, brakes and rotors, a/c compressor clutch, spark plugs and wires, rack and pinion and LIM gaskets twice. It was fine for 3 years after that but now it's starting to show signs of a rear headgasket leak of sorts and a front timing cover coolant leak as well as a oil pan leak. Still I love this car and other Montes to death they ride great and look even better I'd love someday to do a L67 swap and potentially make 250-300 whp and show some of the guys at work that Montes aren't to be messed with
