i got an 84 montecarlo ss and I took the engine out just to find its got not the stock engine in it bu a 77 l82 and we rebuilt it put a new cam,intake manifold, carburetor, and a brand new crank shaft never been used just turned i was new to this site and was just wondering if any of u could tell me wat hp i am putting out

on the L82, but you have done mod's to your engine,
and it would change the stock HP rating.
You could have your Monte put on a Dyno `if your have the $'s...
Check back on your thread & see `if our expert member's
can post a estimated horsepower rating...
Please post the type of cam/carb/manifold & any other modification would help in giving a estimate HP
