HI PETE: Glad to have guy from texas on here. Can't wait to see the pix when you can post them. Tell us something about yourself. What you do for work , how old are you. Are you in school. Things like that make us all family cause we can relate to them. Sounds like a nice car with LOW miles.

Sorry to go off topic, but what does a real intimidator spoiler look like?

Ok guys! I have been following this thread from my phone, but can't log in and post for some reason from my phone. I haven't been able to get some good day time pics due to rain here but i will post the pics from the last night wash it received.
@Rick I am a 26 year old, married father of 2 girls. My 4 year old loves the monte, my 11 year old likes it but doesn't want to be seen in it. She wants me to bum the wife's 2009 Honda Accord to pick her up from school. I am a diesel technician, previously I was a level 4 certified chrysler diesel engine specialist, but due to the economy i have given up the commission game and started working at the Texas grocery giant HEB Grocery.
@blackrainSS I bought the car at a small dealership about 50 miles away, there was no info on the color change, but I checked it for tell tale signs of body work and found only sanding scratches on the passenger side rear bumper. 2 owner car, last owner owned it for almost 6 years. Clean carfax (like that matters) trans service just done at 60k miles. All of the work was done at dealerships, but no mention on the car fax of the color change, which was noted at the DMV. The paint code is a white car and the title states black. The jambs where painted as was the sunroof opening, the under side of the hood was painted as was the trunk. From the outside it is hard to tell it has been painted. looks like someone thought it would look good in black? I'm at a loss for the color change. lol
now for the pics!

Thanks for all the welcomes, my name is actually Brandon for the record. Oh and I have had this happen on forums before, talking to me on the phone you would swear I am a white guy, but I am indeed a black guy lol. You guys should have seen the look on their faces when I introduced myself. lol.

That's an odd looking car. I don't see the high sport package on the pictures, and it's debadged. You also have the LS knight's crest emblems on the pillars. And that's just the basic stand-up spoiler for 00-05.
We need more and better pictures :p
Also, you do have the 3800 Series II under the hood right?
For the off-topic, The Intimidator III spoiler was large like the surfboard, yet still went up like the stand-up, and it went down the trunklid pretty far, and completely wrapped the 3rd brake light.
It is no longer sold, and I personally never liked it. But it was a good option to replace the surfboard without having to drill new holes or fill old holes in the trunk-lid (but now you can just use the 06/07 SS spoiler
