Hello from Long Island
Just wanted to say hello & thanks for all of the info that you provide here. I have a 2003 SS that I am now in the process of sprucing up.
I am the original owner and unfortunately had to use the car for a daily commute to NYC to get to & from work. The car has had a rough go of it over the years. As a matter of fact within three weeks of purchase an employee hit the car with a company crane and wrecked the passenger fender!!!
Well, now I no longer work there and I am in the process of bringing the car back to tip top shape. Thanks to you guys I already replaced the stock cat (which collapsed) with a ZZP high perf one.
I am sure I will have questions as I go as I am a DIY type of fellow.
Peace Out.

Welcome to the forum
As a DIY guy, you should try to find the service manuals (set of 3) on ebay for cheap. I was able to pick them up for $18.
Mine is a daily driver also (since the day it was purchased) hoping to change that around in the next couple of months. Keep reading the forum and learning, you'll have a huge to-do list soon
