Default Hello all

I'm the proud owner of three MCs ranging from '87-'03. I've been in love with every generation of the car since my parents bought a mint 1985 MC SS in around 1992. The second car I ever owned was my 1996 MC LS which I still have, shortly after I bought a 1997 MC LS which I later sold and the new owner promptly destroyed, then came my dream car a '87 SS notchback, and the most recent addition; a '03 MC SS. In the near future I'd like to sell both SS's and either buy new or get a new project.

I recently stumbled across this forum while googling solutions to a problem with my '03 SS, and this seemed like such a great and helpful community I had just to stay a while.

Welcome 3Montes to the MCF family! We have more than one member here with more than 1 Monte. I think the most is 5! Glad to have you here, and welcome abord. Be sure to check out the search feature, as there is a TON of great info in the archives for quick answers to your problems. But please feel free to ask away, and as akways, PLEASE post some pics for the others in the family.

Unfortunately the only car worth looking at is my '87, I'll have to dig up some pics later and share them.

I do have a picture of my '96 handy, but brace yourselves... as MC fans it will not be easy to look at.

Not to worry, my brother and I have a 95 Lumina that looks eerily similar to that Monte that we keep parked at my mom's house and use for rough snow driving etc.

Can't complain about 200K...Don't you love telling all the foreign car people your American Chevrolet has over 200K....

I know I love telling people when they say American cars suck...oh yea, my truck has 230K original everything, and runs great still....so take that!

Welcome and I'm sure I speak for everybody when I say we cannot get enough pictures. Your 5th gen looks well-loved. There's no such thing as an ugly Monte Carlo.
