Take a look at the fuse and look at the wring...i had a short from the fan itself...had to replace it....the short kept blowing the fuse, i just replace the fuse and the sensor on the radiator.....not sure if this will help you...but look for the simple stuff first

 

hello I think I stumbled across my problem I was wiggleing wiring harness and live data readings started changing i am assuming that the harness is bad as i was wiggling my readings stabilized to correct readings lesson here check 8in wiring harness carefully thanks for help
