Hey There.
I have now finished my 10 or so days of lurking around and i am tired of not being able to view everyones awesome cars so i guess i need to begin posting. Or at least that is how i interpreted the sticky about lack of access.
Anyways, on to the fun stuff. I have been the proud owner of a 2001 Monte Carlo SS for three years and before that was just in love with it. It was my dads car that he would drive in the winter and motorcycle in the summer. I drove it when i could and helped him keep it clean (Its black, pictures to come) and running smoothly as i hoped to be the owner of it some day. My younger sister totalled my car and i ended up buying the Monte from my dad and shes been my baby for 3 years now.
I have been reading on the forums for a long time for tips on different repairs i needed to do and tried to avoid getting into the mods. I had become a little obsessed with mods on my last car and was trying to get to crazy on the Monte because i already love everything about the car.
Anyways, im rambling. Glad to be here and thanks to everyone for the help you have already provided

Zjerry, my Monte is Black with the the gray ground effects. I dont think i have the ability to post images yet ??

I have a soft spot for Black cars , I have black 2005 Monte ss supercharged hi-sport ,black 2005 Impala ss supercharged, My 1969 vette was black now red...Love Black cars......
I also have a soft spot. I really like black on cars except for the cleaning maintenance. I like flashy colors on sports cars but i still think i would rather have black in the long run. Looks more intimidating.
