Fixed one problem, found 3 more, throttle issues
Hi, I'm new to the forum. I have a 2000 Monte Carlo. Just got her and did a lot of front end work, flush radiator. My coolant temperature sensor was gone, so I decided to save a little money and do it myself. I did not remove the throttle body and instead worked around it. Now my idle is erratic. Also, I noticed a rubber elbow which goes into the valve cover does not stay on that well. Isn't it supposed to sit? Any help would be appreciated.
I absolutely love the car and need to make it right again.

So will I need to replace the whole line or just the bad elbow? Is it supposed to sit tightly on the valve cover relieve valve or is supposed to be one whole piece? The valve and rubber elbow?
