First Monte
Hello, My name is Shaun.
I just purchased my first muscle car project. I bought a 1988 Monte Carlo LS. It has a small block 350, supposedly out of a circle track stock car. Posi rear with 373 gears. The only thing I have verified is the block casting # 14016379.
It is a running and driving project, the motor sounds real strong, body is solid, no rot. I'm very happy and look forward to many years of enjoyment of working on and enjoying this car! Any comments and suggestions are welcomed, and I will be reading as much as I can throughout this process.
