Default Exhaust Ideas anyone?
just got an 07 monte SS...It needs exhaust upgrade, looking to do something not to high cost but wont sacrafice performace for $...any ideas?

Nothing. The exhaust is not a bottleneck until over 300 HP on 3800 and 3900 engines. If you are looking for sound think Flowmaster 40's but don't expect any performance gains.

i just did a full dynomac cat back exhaust on my monte carlo, not very impressed with the sound but does sound better than stock

yeah same here dnt know wat to do i just bought some flowmaster da 40 series n dnt know if its going to give it that rumble sound im looking for!!!!

Welcome Primo to the MCF family.
The Flowmasters seem to be the best around for what you want. The factory exhaust is pretty good

I've heard good things with magnaflow on those.

Magnaflow cat-back kit or Flowmaster Super 40's.

Just like Custom95 said.
