Defrost works nothing else does

Defrost works nothing else does
I have a 99 monte carlo 3100, my defrost is the only thing currently blowing air/heat I cant get anything to blow out of the vents on the dash on any of the setting, Im thinking a vaccume leak somewhere. Can anyone help me out??????
