Default Chillin in Iraq

Howdy
Cpl Knoke USMC chillin in iraq right now
just bought a 03 ss that will be in my driveway by the end of the week
excited to get home in a month and put some wheels exhaust and an intanke on it and have
some fun in my new hoopdy

i also have a 68 shortbox stepside in the process of being rebuilt
anda 92 sonoma gt with a 406 smalll block
so im no noob to the car world but this will be my
newest vehicle and nicest daily driver ive ever had
hope yall are having a good day cuz mine is flippin great

We all appreciate you doing what your doing over there. I hope you make it back safe. Wed love to see pics too of your cars when ya get back! Plus, how long have you been deployed? Whats your MOS?

ive been out here since mid august
im a motor t mech
my monte is berry red metallic ss 3800
cloth interior pretty basic as ss's go but got everything i need
getting some eagle alloy 192 series chrome wheels to put on it.
gotta be smog legal for cali unfortunately so ill be putting a cat back on at home in MN
and putting a cold air intake on and a few other things after i get the initial smog for my base sticker

my sonoma gt is #650 out of 806 came witha 4.3 blew that built up a 1970 chevy 400 small block bored 350 rods KB pistons
comp cams 488/510 holley 750 with vacuum secondaries electric choke edelbrock rpm airgap intake on a set of head my old man pulled out of his chevelle years ago and ported them
truck is dropped 4" with chevelle ss wheels
i get no traction till 3rd gear and shift into 3rd at 80 and spin em again
its fun
