My 85 Monte came with the floor shifter but it was just wore out it might be able to be rebuilt but I want to get it going before the cold weather gets here, I have to work on it outside since I don't have a garage,so I'm hoping to get some help here.I've visited the forum quite a lot and seen a lot of helpful things on here,hoping someone knows about my problem.

 

When you say wore out what do you mean? For starters check the linkage
